True, but it's there under Settings/Apps and can then be disabled. Just tried it in the car, and it does stop it in its tracks. When you restart it, it fails as its also turned off notifications, but re-enable them and it comes back OK.

Same here - I have tried getting closer to a car in front - same as in the MG5 - but nothing alerted/triggered. Like you, I'm wary of 'testing' it too well ;-)
The system is set to brake when near to another car and I'm not pressing the brake. My MG5 was quite good at this, but I haven't had a single warning yet from the MGS5 - despite trying to provoke it. Is there aomthing that I'm missing?
