Hi Marcbesty, I know what you are going through, I've had the same issue and MG have had my car over 3 months, they are fitting a new CCU unit but that might not turn up until 18th Feb. I'm fighting now to get my money back, as the car has 5 issues in total with only 2 fixed so far 😔

I have problems with the MG app as well, I log in then within 5 mins it says I'm logged in on another device (I'm not) then kicks me out and I have to log in again.

UPDATE - MG have authorised the CCU to be changed and I might have the car back before Christmas.

Looks like they may have a quality control issue on the Tbox. Hopefully this fixes your car Doesn't matter what happens with my car now, wife agrees we get rid even if it gets repaired.

Same here Stonacre have been great, it's MG I'm not happy with. I thought MG was a good bet as they have been producing EVs for years. I know people with them and never had any issues. I wonder if they've had a dodgy batch of components and we're the unlucky ones.

Hi Ian, I understand what you are saying, its just I'm frustrated, a good auto electrician probably would have found the fault in a couple of days.

I don't think MG have a clue what's going on, Stoneacre are now entering the 6th week of trying to fix my car now, and still not fathomed out what's wrong with it. In total my cars been in an MG garage for 7 weeks and the car is only 11 weeks old 🤬
