Well how about this, it started working again today after 10 days, just out of the blue. I tried every day 3 to 4 times a day, and it updated its GPS position and battery life. And i can use the app again. What do you guys think, should i still go to the dealer and let them refresh and update...

Just got a reply from the ismart app support: Guess i need to make a workshop appointment to get it fixed and sorted out, i have no idea what that box is :) When that is done i will update this thread again ! Appointment made for thursday 15th of january, so a few more cold days of ice and snow...

So i reached out via the ismart app to the support of mg with de details. I will update this thread when i have any news !

That is exacly the same it says that in Dutch in the ismart app, "vehicle not responding, please try again later" this is since december 30th, but i checked in the cars infotainment system and when i open the user which is am logged in with it quickly throws an error message "token invallid"...

Thats my main reason, the heater to defrost the car, but with that 10 minute max, plus the loss off control it does not do the job in the winter. Helaas we will do it the hard old school way by hand 🫣

Also a thing what i find disappointing from this app is after i unlocked the car remote with the key, it will automatically lock after 20 seconds. I found that in this 20 seconds i was not able to connect with the app, because the car locks this quick it has not fully come out of sleep. Trying...

Indeed how hard can it be, MG just need to look at how other EV brands deal with this ;)

Have the same issue with the ZS EV, after more then 30 hours of parking the ismart can't connect. Maybe it has something to do with battery saving, but not very handy dandy in winter times when you want to defrost the car remotely. Unlocking the car remotely does not work since the app can;t...
