      Almost certainly. But it seems pretty careless or ignorant to have passed over this obvious mistake and told the owner the car was fine.

      It's not 51%, the range is still good. It wasn't the SoC either. Don't know where they got it from.

      Yeah, my dealer recorded my SoH as 51%. That's not correct but it won't do my residual value much good. Getting it tested soon.

      Tried Car Scanner. It says SoH is 400% In a few years I'll be able to circumnavigate the globe on a single charge. :p
