I agree and I agree that it's an improvement. A couple of times however I've actually had to turn the lights on, when I thought it was needed, and I actually noticed that most cars around me (including some newer models which presumably had auto lights too) had their lights on.

Same here. Amazon worked ok on our Trophy until some time last year. Since then we can't play any songs or playlists at all, it says something like "song no longer available" and Amazon music then freezes so I have to go through the faff of hitting the car tab and selecting radio.

Since updating to the new version its very temperamental showing me the charging status on the app. For example, its charging now to 80%, I can open the app and it scans the car ok. But when I go on the battery tab to check how the charging is going, it just hangs and says remote control fail...

Mine had PMov instead of Nov, that just appeared all of a sudden. I'm pretty sure that it was showing Nov for the first few days of November at least. The car went in for its first service last week, and they did 3 necessary (their words not mine, I have no idea what they were) software...

Doesn't work for me either, although this method did work a couple of months ago the last time I tried it. Now the poi tab/travel plan tab won't let me click on it. Please report back if you find a solution.

My phone always says the same message too "MG iSMART has been running in the background" whenever I exit the app. Incidentally the app isn't working for me today, so I wonder if its on a downtime.

Doesn't that mean that the app is still running, but on your phone, not in the car? So no effect on the 12v battery.
