I have the same issue with a dealer in Milton Keynes however I think that MG parent Company build to stock and not specific orders as a result they don't receive their allocation until the cars arrive in the UK.

Unity sent me a letter reminding me about the car due a service. Weeks after it was required. (I had already had it done).
