On the charger. On pluging in the charger it used to ramp up to 13amps now it only ramps to 8amps and takes longer to charge?

Hi you have to turn off the heating to get full EV mode, otherwise the system will restart the combustion engine when the heating is needed. I either run the car for 5 or 6 Miles to warm up then switch to EV or just turn the heating off and run EV hope this helps.

Yes I suspect the electric motor is only really capable of doing 65 to 70mph or 8000rpm when you ask more of it the battery fault happens. I tested this theory and sure enough it happened again to me.
