I don't quite understand the issue. If the car was registered in Nov 24, and then serviced in Aug 25 then the first service has been done? My car was registered in April 25 and had it's first service November 25.

In this example it's worth the money to take them to small claims court. I would ask them for a copy of their T&C's which state what they are saying.

In auto mode my car takes at least 3 minutes to blow out any air when it's cold outside. To get around this stupidity I just turn the screen blowers on clear (max) mode.
