If this is a permanent issue maybe try to unplug the 12v Battery for an hour or so. If that doesn't do it maybe ask your dealer to redeploy/update the Software for either the CCU (CombinedChargingUnit) or the BMS (BatteryManagementSystem).

Most of them have no clue about these cars anyways - so I think most aren't going to notice it at all

Maybe the actor is blocked or broken - I think this falls under comfort features & electronics and therefore should be covert under the first 3 years of warranty.

Some Apps or Websites have a copy and paste protection for security reasons therefore they don't paste the original.
