I just swapped myself, front to rear on the same side, garage wanted £200, not necessary as the car is back to finance company in 4 weeks, bought a new MGS5.

Wow, that's amazing for a rear wheel EV, I've just done 12k Mike on my MG4 trophy, which goes back to the finance company in 4 weeks, I reckon probably 2k miles max left on them.

No ideas, probably getting the charge completed at 80%, but it just maybe, but I don't think it is getting a full equalisation charge until it reaches 100% and past, but it's not in my electronics range of skills, I have to rely on other people more knowledgeable than me!

The new MGS5 Trophy officially 0 to 60mph is 5.9 seconds, it accelerates quicker than my already quick MG4 Trophy, I believe they've tamed it so it doesn't give too much whiplash and possibly only in sport mode, mine is yet to be delivered and thoroughly tested 😂😀

It's a safety feature and basically stops unwanted entry to the vehicle as already mentioned. It can be turned off, but I dont understand why you would want to disable it! Is there a particular reason why you need it turned off?
