Mine too, I had Autoglym Cerashine applied before I picked it up. It wasn't until there was a frosty morning that I noticed something odd about the roof. See pics. I showed the dealer and they reapplied the coating. Looks great...when it's clean, Like you say, doesn't last long on the country...

Update, I've just checked the charge socket on my ER and definitely no pins at L2,L3. Hey ho. 😏As I charge mostly at home, it's not an issue, if I'm out and about on a long journey I'll be using DC Rapid chargers...or AC if I have to.
