Did not get my car delivered by Tusker/Perrys, but it is a lease. When they deliver, walk around the car with the delivery guy. They should take notes, log any starting mileage, confirm your happy and know how things work etc…

Yeah , it did the same to me until I connected the app. The same also applies the the 4 options in the privacy settings screen. They would reset each time the car turned on. Now with the app bound to the car, I think those settings stick for 24 months before they are asked again.
