Im5 owner here. Noticing some issues with software. Have to approve privacy policy every time I start the car. Second ADAS resets every time I start the car. Do you think this will be updated in future?

ADAS will always reset as it is a safety requirement. You can set it to one button to stop it during a journey. Which part of ADAS do you not like?
I only approved the privacy policy once and have not seen it again.

Resetting privacy settings was an issue that I had. Does your app lose connection too and has a message that privacy settings acceptance failed?
If that's the case then your account has not properly bind with the car.
You will have to do a factory reset and rebind.

As for the ADAS reset every time you start the car this is in accordance with regulations and will never change. All new cars are like this.
There is a shortcut though that you can assign as favourite on the steering wheel button and disable all of them in 2 seconds.

I think the privacy policy thing is Australia-specific. ADAS resetting every time is ANCAP/EuroNCAP requirement apparently.

I will try doing a fac reset and binding the account properly. It asks for privacy every time and doesn't seem to save settings. It's like a fresh reset every time I start the car.

Yeah , it did the same to me until I connected the app. The same also applies the the 4 options in the privacy settings screen. They would reset each time the car turned on.

Now with the app bound to the car, I think those settings stick for 24 months before they are asked again.
