Has the car been left a while ? I suspect rear brake pads. Solution is turn off regren and a few hard breaking and it goes.

When I try the test at this point I do not get any sound. Try it and if you get no sound show your dealer.

When they did the update they said some European countries don’t have R34.

The dealer had to do the upgrade via another module not directly to the infotainment system. When I try playing this test via my iPhone and a cable I get nothing during the subwoofer test. Do others get any sound during the subwoofer test.
