Personally the joy of driving along with the roof down and hearing nature over the summer has been amazing, or hearing your favorite tracks on the sound system without having to drown out the engine. Each to their own.
I suggest unbind the car and rebind it. If the car won't unbind follow the instructions to get into the engineering menu

On the top bar it says activation. If you reset the activation you can then rebind and resetup.

I don’t think it has winter rated tyres. There is a picture of a mountain on tyres that are ice rated.
Check with your supplier you may need to replace both tyres on the same axel if you have done a certain amount of miles.
