I had the same issue, and the wing mirrors wouldn't open out either ?. Main dealer managed to crank them open a ' secret method ' ...as for the drivers window ...a new motor was needed which fixed everything. Took approx 3 weeks to get part

After my 1st service at end of March I checked with MG assist and dealer has indeed renewed the cover for a further year

Turns out its a faulty switch in the drivers door... Dealer managed to get the wing mirrors to open for safety reasons ....new part on order now.

Really need the wing mirrors to open...

No joy in getting these to work this morning. Phoned the dealer who thought the car might have gone into transport mode...suggested I contact MG assistance. Any help gratefully received please....

Not sure re the Orange Trophy, but we ordered a Red Trophy on Jan 3rd abd it arrived at the dealership yesterday... Hope you have news soon..

Our Honda E isn't compatible either as we too have a Myenergi Zappi rather than the OHme home charger. We're on Octopus Go tariff instead which gives 4 hours off peak cheaper tariff.

That just about sums it up!! Never come across the 'cover' option before. Changing from a Honda e to MG4 ... a whole new experience.

Can anyone tell me please if the MG4 comes with lockable wheel nuts ?
