One reasons mine got rejected best decision I made and all the comments on this page make my decision and fight in court more worth it

Disconnecting battery’s etc isn’t rectifying the fault this fault I know because I had it.it went into garage and was a software update issue.disconnecting batteries is just resetting the system it won’t rectify the issue only pass it down the line.

Are people really going to this extent to fix minor faults.this response is beyond reality for any car just take vehicle back under warranty if it’s not fit for purpose reject

I had this issue with mine they said software issue they updated software but it still happened.rejected car in end so it never got resolved

Within 6 months. Mine had several faults. You have to give them 1 opportunity to fix any issues before rejecting. It was a long process. Hope you don’t have to come to that, hopefully u can get sorted.
