AFAIK ‘any form’ of AC charging should be fine for a BMS calibration as long as you start with a SoC < 10% and don’t interrupt until fully charged and balanced? Maybe verify the current SoH before you start yourself, it wouldn’t be the first time dealers have quoted a wrong value..
