I think the washer bottle tube for the rear washer jet runs up that A pillar . There are other threads on this which suggest a junction piece may have separated in that area. Is the rear jet getting any water? Others have said this could run into the fusebox and cause bigger issues.
MG4 , I live in a hilly area and on average I get around 1/3 rd of a mile less per KW compared to what UK drivers in flatter lands have reported at similar times of the year ( temperatures ).

The mists of time are not clear but.... AC/DCs The Razors Edge must be one of the first , certainly not their best work. And weren't CDs a lot thicker in the early days .
