Indeed, I have done so (and posted about it previously). M4 motorway (regular and constant 65-75mph) from Swansea to Bristol airport and back (about 200 miles) at -4 Celsius. Started with 100% charge. I only had 30 miles left on returning home.

Yup, you're probably right. There aren't any motorways (or decent roads) from north to south Wales, so the speed average is dragged down. It also involves some lengthy stops at road works etc. However, I drove to Bristol airport on Thursday evening along the M4 which was a 170 miles round...

My MG4 has a dust cap for the two-hole ccs type port. But no dust cap for the type 2 port on the car. There's an attachment for it (or a tiny empty little hole for the attachment), but no cap. I asked the sales guy at my MG dealer and he advised that all MG4s they have received are all like...

Thanks both. This was never an issue in previous cars. Both of your suggestions make sense, but neither worked for me, yet. So, the only solution at the moment is to use Android Auto all the time, or to switch off bluetooth.

So... another newbie question. I'm sat (parked) in my MG4 SE Long Range. Radio is on. Bluetooth is connected (no cable). I touch my phone screen (for anything - open a photo or messaging app or anything) and the radio switches to bluetooth option of music or poedcast or whatever. This means...

Newbie. 281 range. I charge to 100% and the dashboard says the range is 268. This is with heating, lights, radio etc all off. Why the difference?
