That Is cheap for a genuine MG granny charger. I got the one from Amazon coz the supplied Granny charger wasn't long enough 4m for my needs. So got a 6m one from Amazon and it's been fine. Personally don't think a genuine MG one would be any safer, than a good aftermarket one. 🙂👍

Very much doubt Santander would even notice, there was no granny charger. But if you don't want to risk it, this is the one I got, from Amazon, it's been great. 🙂👍

Finally got around to using the eco booster attachment. It's Brilliant, all the power of a normal jet wash, but better, coz it's a wider spray and directs the the jet of water more precise. If you particularly like doing your drive, flags etc. I'll be great for that. 🙂👍

£90 AA would be the basic roadside assistant. (I think) The AA with your MG is the all singing all Dancing one. Roadside Assistance. Recovery, Relay, Home start etc. Like I say, they've got you by the knackers. Up to if you have it done. Although pretty sure most would. 🙂👍

Yep, bought my X Power from them. Seem to be a good dealer. Not had any more dealings with them, coz my, X Power's been great. No faults at all. So can't comment on aftersales. Although it's in next week for its 1st service. So I'll see how they shape up then. 🙂👍

I've had my X Power for nearly a year now, and it's been flawless, and I've loved every minute of it. Others will say different. You've already said, you've driven one, and you want one. Nuff said. Doesn't matter what we say, if you want one, get one, simple's. 🙂👍

Never used auto hold. I'll pull up at the lights. Press P on the dial. Sit there, when the lights change foot on brake, into D and away I go. That's my routine, works for me. Also don't mind OPD you almost literally don't have to use the brakes at all. But each to their own. 🙂👍

Probably a daft 🤪 question but presume you were in Snow mode and not Sport mode. As they are the 2 modes that give you permanent 4WD. I found the 4WD to be fine, in last Winter's Snow. Obviously not talking about a foot deep. Probably about 8 inches. And yes the vibes are a pain, for some...

Agree. I too watched a lot of X Power videos and not one mentioned the vibes. I too, learned about it on here. Along with the software problems, particularly the LKA. The bulging undertray. And the shite, although not all, dealers, etc etc. Taking all that into account and after 2, hour long...

I do like the IM5, but it is a bit of a clone of the Tesla 3, certainly from the outside, although not necessarily a bad thing. The X peng p7 certainly does look very interesting. As for the Viking, he would praise it to high heaven, they've give him one for nowt. Sorry my cynical side coming...
