The Kwik Fit chap showed me a Bridgestone tyre in the depot which was also very similar to the CC pattern. I suppose imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and all that... I guess that tread pattern with all the sipes is the most efficient at dealing with the white stuff.

Yeah, when I was 10 in the really hot Summer of '76 in the UK (giving my age away now!) I did just that. Thought I'd cool down in the garden, got burnt instead.
