Same here. Failed for one charging session but worked over since. Some people here have had to resort to pulling a fuse or disconnecting the 12V battery to get them going again.
Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear you enjoy the car as a lot of us do.
I used to switch LKA (and AEB) off before every journey but since the SC077 update was done at the last service I no longer feel the need to do that. It's not perfect but much improved since the update.
Yes I bought mine from Norton Way MG in Chiswick but they closed last April. Having said that, another garage near me (Ancaster in Shepperton) has switched from being a NIssan dealer to MG.

I'm having a similar issue with mine. Occasionally it stops charging and sometimes restarts by itself and sometimes not but it's not happening frequently enough for me to do any meaningful test (or take to the dealer). For example on the last charge (from around 11% SOC) it stopped after 25...
I was driving south on the A1 on the August 13th. Saw lots of MG4s and was even overtaken by a Smurf which had 2 ladies in (near Peterborough). I did wonder if it was Rolfe 😆

I'm pretty sure it's not the home charger but I will...
That's a different thing. That is done in order to (re)calibrate the Battery Management System so it sees both the beginning and end of the charge curve. This should help with the accuracy of the GOM.
So far I have kept on the software versions that came with my car (in Oct 2023) because I've got used to the various "special features" the car exhibits. Now though the positive reports of various updates (especially SC077) mean I will probably push for more updates to be done on the next service.
