I’ve used a Mer destination charger in Winchester, but not a rapid. That one worked fine with my Electroverse card, but can’t speak for their rapids

Thanks both. I'll try and ensure I'm being patient! With the pod point I used yesterday it waited 30 seconds or so then the charger timed out with an error, but not sure I've always waited that long!

Yes, I think it's usually lucked when getting the connected, uncharged message

Thanks for the response. No, it doesn't appear to start charging, although the charger appears to be ready. Sometimes if I disconnect and start the process again it'll work and sometimes it won't

Resurrecting an old thread... But I'm often getting the 'connected uncharged' message when using public chargers. Does anyone understand the cause of it? Sometimes if I give up and go to the next charger along (if available) it'll work, other times, it'll work if I cycle locking and unlocking...
