@Paulie68 - thanks. I was worried a indie tyre fitting centre might not have the right computer equipment to get the sensor 'talking' to the car's computer. 'MG Clive's' link above shows one official sensor is very approx €50 so my official garage's quote is kinda in the ball park for 4...

I'm not sure I'd rely on them. I've linked an Irish Dec 2023 link that says only 2 superchargers are available. Other options include Ecars, Applegreen, EasyGo & CircleK. Tesla says other EVs can now use some of its Irish Superchargers (Dec 2023)

I have a rip similar to the above but it's not as bad. It's not getting any worse either so I've tended to ignore it. fwiw, my car has been through 2 services (incl a so-called 'Major' service) and it hasn't been noticed by the dealership. Or it has and they're saying nothing :)

Take a look at what was written on the sale contract/receipt you got when they handed over the vehicle to you and see what that says. I'm a Dublin taxi driver (MG5 LR) and mine says: "Taxi warranty: 3 yrs or 100,000 km". Which is not very descriptive but sounds in line with what you were told...
