Cheers, probably not selling but was interested if anyone had. Ours is about a year and half old and all up cost around AU$50k when we purchased. If someone offered 40k I might think about it but not sure if Mrs Woody would be all that happy

Hi Just curious if anyone has sold their mg4. Was it hard? Not worth it. Did you lose a fortune? I wonder about the market for EVs.

Well, its been slightly over one year now. I still haven't got used to the tricks my MG plays on me. For instance sometimes when I get into it, and it goes into drive mode, it decides that it will continue to play the radio or it doesn't. Or it decides that the weather tile will work this time...

I've got a 64 essence in Australia. Usually when washing my car I flip the windscreen wipers up, to wash the windscreen. The wiper on the driver side wont flip up as it catches on the bonnet. Is this a design flaw or a cunning Chinese joke?

I've got 64 essence. Going to Albany soon so will be interesting. Plan to stop at Williams. Done perth to Yallingup quite easily in winter. Power seems more thirsty. If I remember I will let you know how it goes. Not going till March though.

? Love the descriptions. I'm in Australia and have a MG4 64. I agree that turning off most of the electronic safety systems is the way to go. The car is nice to drive, but would not buy another one, unless the software was radically enhanced and....... the dealers actually knew what they were...

I'm in Australia. I like my MG4 but I think that the software sucks. I also turn of LKA and Forward Collision stuff every time. Have been involved in way to many phantom applications. I don't trust it. Probably wont ever buy MG again. Our dealers over here seem to be as bad as the ones in UK...

Hi not sure about that as I haven't had to use the spare for a long distance. However when trying on the space saver to make sure it was ok I took the car for a little test drive, probably less than half a kilometer and there was no aggressive beeping

Very comprehensive. I live in Perth and have a mg4, 64 essence. I hated not having a spare. To be honest didnt even cross my mind when purchasing. I will not travel out of metro area without a spare tyre. We dont do much country driving anyway so not a biggie. In the end not being very...

Yes, in Australia its a pain. Thanks for the responses so far. May check out the ZS space saver angle. Yes, i dont intend to carry it around in general, only when I go for a drive or holiday outside the metro area, which for us is not that often.
