Anyone else having a really poor experience with the MG service team?

The latest for me is that they have ticked that they have checked the HV state of charge & state of health but not written it down (they have done the same for the previous 2 years). I called to find out what it was and they said if it's not written on the sheet then it hasn't been done so I am having to take it in again to get it checked. Makes me wonder what else they've ticked that they haven't actually done.

In previous years, I've had 12V battery issues which they said they'd checked but the issue still happened. The rear wiper washer was blocked, again, said they'd fixed it (i had to pay as it wasnt under warranty) but they hadn't, ended up getting a replacement part on ebay and sorting it myself for half the cost they charged me. I've had the rear wiper demister not working for 2 years, they keep saying it was the fuse that was blown and they've changed it so it now works- but again, still doesn't work and they haven't thought 'the fuse keeps blowing maybe something is causing it' I mentioned this and they just said if it keeps happening to book it in again.

When I eventually sell my MG I will not be buying another one simply because of the poor service.

I have a brand new MG ZS (73 Plate 1500 miles) and the 'Touchscreen' has completely packed up working. The local dealers Rawlinson Bury St Edmunds couldn't/wouldn't look at the car for 6 weeks! Found another dealer who tested the screen to tell me it was in need of replacement but can't get through to MG UK other that by email which MG seem to ignore.
I suspect there are more faulty Touchscreens and MG are not resolving any of this.

I will begin to prosecute MG for selling faulty goods if nothing happens in the next 10 days.

You will need to give them one chance to fix it before any other steps are taken if you want the law on your side.

And it definitely is by the way.

You just need to take the steps in the correct order.

So, they openly admit that if there is no SOH battery values populated on the sheet ( which MG has clearly specified on the service schedule ) then surely they are taking money under false pretences ?.
The question directed at the service manager is surely WHY has it not been done ?.
IF they had the car connected to the computer, then it would have taken five minutes to locate and record the SOH figures.
You draw your own conclusions from this.
Did they replace the cabin filter ?.
It’s ticked on the sheet.
