Hardly ever use. Phone always plugged in for Android Auto and it sits in the tray with the slider open.

Same here ... I never use it, I just plug my Iphone in and leave it in the lower console charging and Apple CarPlay working.

Used by the wife when she is in the car as that is the only time I am not allowed to use the loud pedal enough to send the phone through the rear screen.

I use mine - but then I have the Android/USB cable running up to the wireless charging pad (for those who haven't discovered it yet, there's a hole to run your cable up on each side of the wireless pad - just lift the pad cover off gently).

My wife WOULD use it, but mine seems to have a fault. It’s intermittent at best. I’ve tried it with several very different phones, with no change. I should get it seen to on the warranty, but it’s too small a thing to be bothered.

I use it for shorter journeys, but don't believe it charges my phone or my wives either, both phones 12 months old. However I have a decent cable for use with Android Auto etc when required. Not essential so not going to get it looked at.
