Hi all - just collect my Trophy (Mar 23) mk1 from dealer following service. I asked for infotainment system to be updated to R59 but they couldn't do it as the engineer confirmed that MG have pulled the R59 file from the servers (he did say he had successfully updated my car's control systems...

Well it's got a bit better ... I can (occassionally) now get an update on the home screen. Nothing doing on the EV Management page and just one successful health scan, that's it. Clearly there's still much wrong somewhere!

Update : I've just managed to log back in to the app. Now getting told "The Digital key is not activated" and when I try to activate it I get "service not available please try later". So, nothing in the app works.

Indeed, I haven't unbound the car, just want to log back in to the app first! App version I have is 2.02 as android. We think it's a server issue rather than an app version issue though, right? It's ridiculous! I didn't unbind the car, just reinstalled the app but now can't get back in ...

Does anyone know if the app is working yet? I'm on android and it's been dead since yesterday evening for me. I tried logging out and reinstallng the app, now I can't even get logged in. Thanks.

Hi @AndyL61 - I'm interested in how effective your modification has proved to be? Is enough light getting through to stop the auto-lights coming on in the day, but still working when you want them on? Thanks.

@tsedge good work I say - thanks and keep it going please. I collect my MG4 on Wednesday and the sheet has helped me to put a mail together along the dealer to check certain things are done ahead of the day 😁 Very useful (as is the hints and tips sexton of the forum!)

Hi Les - Forgive me if I'm being stupid, but have you got the pictures the right way round as the 'after' pic seems to have software version numbers lower than the 'before' picture (implying your software upgrade was actually a downgrade ... what am I missing please? Before Pic: MPU software...
