Hmmm haven’t noticed the described behavior until my phase 1 MG4 Trophy LR dropped below 10% last time. I was deliberately taking multiple detours to get my battery below 10%. Acceleration became less, but Icould still easily reach 80km/h /50mph. Weird 🤔

Since the last software update to R46 on my Trophy, my iPhone will only connect to CarPlay when the car is in Ready mode. Maybe your MG4 has the same bug/ feature.

unfortunately my car has received other updates. Might be an SE vs Trophy thing (not quite the same software). Did find out that long pressing click up or down changes the ACC/TJA speed per kilometer until released.

Hmm will double check tomorrow as my Trophy LR has been updated recently. But I fear not as I recall the ACC one click still changes speed by 5 km/h

Since the infotainment update to R46 (Trophy LR) Apple CarPlay will only connect if the car is in Ready mode. Otherwise nothing happens. When on R33 CarPlay would work directly after entering the car and without being in ready mode. Seems to me they introduced a minor 🪳in R46.

Well doing the 7-100% charge last night did help recalibrate the GOM and BMS. Drove to work today and have 97% left, where 2 weeks ago after charging from 50-ish to 100 it was at 88%. So it did actually help to calibrate the BMS.

Thanks for posting the reply from MG Ian. However to me that advice contradicts the advice not to charge the NMC batteries that our Trophy LR have to 100% too often. The advice seems more appropriate for the LFP batteries. It might explain why the batteries drain so quickly from 100 to 80...

I regularly use it at speeds between 100km/h and 130km/h on the highway and overall it performs well. It becomes less useful in dark and rainy conditions

Hmm wonder how the math is with the heatpump. I do know that it is quite normal for the heatpump to sound like a combustion engine on the outside when it’s working hard.

My MG4 had a software update Wednesday and before the update AHB was pretty much useless: to quick to turn on and to slow to turn off. After the update it works perfectly: had it on on a 2hr drive yesterday mixed highway and country roads and I was impressed with how well it now works. LKA als...

In my case it was included in SI-TB2023071101 but this is for model EH32-X only.
