Update finally got new onboard charger and charges at full rate, just took a bit longer due to corona virus. Happy customer and getting free comfort software package update as a good will gesture.

Not really I get my money nback and I’ll buy another brand in a years time

I care actually for resale values. It won’t hand shake with Rapid charger either so I have multiple issues. Plus if it actually worked with rapid chargers , I have had a fast charger installed for nothing.

Coming to the decision to return car and just wait for next generation of electric car. First one isn’t a good one.

Update, there are little or no spares in the UK. The onboard charger is on back order from China, so don’t think any major parts replacements happening anytime soon.

Right update, the onboard charger needs replacing so once this part is ordered and replaced I’ll let you know

Zappi isn’t problem it’s the cars ability to accept the higher rate, having car checked out tomorrow.

This not drawing more than 2.6kW, so I have logged the problem with Energii awaiting reply.

When the car is 60 percent charged the charger only draws 2.6kWh. Is this normal?
