I had same problem. Head unit had to be sent away to fix. Naviextras tried to help, sent a file and then gave up. I think that the issue is with the sync tool that is used to update files that shipped with original car software. Maps Update only worked after comfort 2 applied.
I thought is was doing them most evenings that I charge but am now not sure that's the case as I use a smart charger that sets the charing times. Hence it may switch off once the primary charge is done but before the equalisation charge has had time to complete. I will check this over the next...
OK so now I have charged and balanced and here are the screenshots for my car at 100% SoC according to the screen in the car. This car has an old (pre BMS issue and pre 450V adjustment) BMS software (1125600R15)) Perhaps something wrong with the app being used to calculate SoC or this indicates...
No they didn't, and in fact I specifically requested the Comfort 2, it was not offered as part of the service (paid or otherwise), I think that the dealer may be managing resource though given Covid as they are generally pro-active in what they offer. Unfortunately I Didn't get the readings...

How did you get it installed on the Kindle Fire (or is the screenshot above for a different device). I can download and get the file on the fire but when I click on it I keep getting the same parsing error. I have enabled third party apps in the security settings.

Sorry, that wasn't clear. Yes, I paid for the comfort update at the dealership. The £100 that I was referring to (which I haven't paid) was for a single (not lifetime or 3 years worth) map update from Navi-extras. Crazy prices

Using Naviextras tools I only get access to the 2019 Q4 maps which makes sense as I bought the car on 14/02/2020 and my 90 days rans out on 14/05/2020 before the 3030Q2 was released.
So I had my car's software updated to the Comfort 2 update today and now the map update process works without crashing. Shame that the maps cost so much (>£100 for access to a single update) and you only get access to free updates for 90 days, not going to shell out this much. I use CarPlay...

Bought my car from this dealer and they have been great.
Had an issue with the SatNav which they tried everything to fix but in the end provided me with a courtesy car whilst the head unit went back to Longbridge for a software refresh. Just had the comfort update 2 done in 3 hours, no problems.
