You’ve definitely got a problem then as the 4 is slightly quicker to 60 than the 5. I could tell the difference when I took the 4 for a test drive.

Make an appointment with a solicitor and see if they recommend sending a Letter Before Action as a final attempt to avoid actually ending up in court. You do need their rejection in writing as proof and ideally some evidence showing that they aren't even attempting to fix the issues.

When did you receive the car? If it's within 30 days tell them you're rejecting the car if they don't fix it. Should get their attention. This applies more to the leak than the undertray.
