I had a similar issue with my car. They had to change a board in the door. However, try to remove the 12 V battery terminal and leave it disconnected for a minute. Reconnect and see if it works.

My car is excatily the same. I have never seen condensation like this in any car. I have been trying to look for wetness in the footwell or booth, but I can't find anything. Not sure if there is a leak somewhere or just poor design...

Try disconnecting the negative terminal from the 12 V battery. Leave it disconnected for a few minutes and reconnect. It worked for me. I'm also having this problem and waiting for a replacement part, which is due on the 1st of Nov. The dealer told me to try this and it worked.

That sounds promising! Did the workshop install this update on your car? If not, did they say anything about how it will be rolled out?

I took mine to the dealer and they confirmed, as a post above mentions, that it is a control panel in the door which has the wrong version installed. Replacing this should sort the issue. They will need to order it in, so I am waiting for this. The technician said that he has seen this before...
