I've been on a trip to check out the Banbury public Tesla Supercharger.
1) very easy to use with the Tesla app, less than half occupied. Speed did disappoint a bit - started at 70kwh and drifted down to 50kwh.
2) price reduction looks to be permanent: 49p/kw for non subscribers all hours...
