The granny cable is 3m (plus the unit and the flex on 13amp plug). You would need to be within 4m of a 13a socket.

I got one with mine too. Also showed all high voltage areas that could be potentially dangerous in case of damage.

If you dig down into the detail, the ZS Exclusive is far superior to the Excite for very nominal extra cost. It was a no-brainer for me.

Your husband’s Mitsubishi should also have been supplied with a granny charger. Mitsubishi called it an emergency charging cable.

Does it really matter?? As long as you get to the speed you want to be travelling at - job done. Life’s too short!

Agreed. There were various theories put forward but none of them could be substantiated and all of them could be disproved by somebody‘s vehicle.

It’s not a question of whether the foot pedal is depressed or not.......is the vehicle actually in READY mode?

Of course it’s relevant. If you’re attempting to drive off before the vehicle is ready all sorts of strange things could happen. More haste less speed.

Possible - got mine in June 2020 (although it had been sat around for a couple of months during first lockdown) and got C2 update in July.

Sorry I haven’t got back sooner - I couldn’t solve it yesterday but think I might have twigged it now. During a call make sure the mic is enabled otherwise your phone mic is trying to pick up the sound. Also, during a call, you can adjust the volume without it affecting the radio when you finish...
