Yes totally agree, we love it. It is nippy, efficient for a non ground up built EV, spacious, the range is enough. I miss heated wing mirrors too.

Doesn't the LR have 100 kWh charging capability, at least I thought so, I might be wrong.

What about the charging speed on LR, has anyone reached near 100 kW? Ours, apparently, has maximum speed of 80 being a SR and once I got 77 on Rugby Services which was impressive given the fact that on 50 kW units I usually get max 43-44.

Yes this is a good point, we have thought about this, but decided to wait when 2022 ZS LR comes in the UK, and if it suits us we might move back to SUV.

Hello, I said the same money because I bought our car for 27000 as new back in May, and now I am pretty sure that for 27000 one can buy LR exclusive. I however after read your comments and replies have lost that bitter taste.

Yes Yes, I agree. Range wise does not bother me at all, just when I drive on motorways find it irritating having to adjust manually the speed. On a whole brilliant car, and the most important my wife loves it.

It does the job and I manage to squeeze 210 miles on a charge. I am very happy with the car do not get me wrong. Just that feeling, may be because there so many videos on YouTube reviewing MG5 LR.

Even though I do love my MG5, I cannot get rid of that bitter taste that I could have had a MG5 LR and everything else that it comes with for the same money. If there are others owners of MG5 1st edition, please share your thoughts and feelings.

Thanks, this is exactly what I wanted to find out. Keeping temp on LO the heating is off, and yes saying range, I meant guessometer on the dash.

Thanks, yes I have tried different things, just been wondering is there another way. The other EV in the family is e 24KW Leaf and it allows me to switch A/C or heating on and off, and to have the fan on without affecting the range. I just find MG5 lacking this option a bit strange, that's it...
