EV opposition in the media is ramping up

Looks like he spends more time on the graphic for the video than he does on the content. (I didn't watch it, seen enough of his Sh**.)

Tesla Opening Up Supercharger Network - A BAD Idea

Tesla can and does restrict most of its charging stations to Tesla only. The charging post interrogates the car when you connect the charging cable and can tell if it is a Tesla, the Vinnumber, the model etc and transfers this information to its servers, that's how they bill their customers and...

Tesla Opening Up Supercharger Network - A BAD Idea

I see lots of Teslas charging at non-Tesla chargers, so are you suggesting that Teslas should be banned from regular chargers? The only thing that is wrong with Tesla is that they made the charging cables to fit only their own cars (very shortsighted) and typically for Tesla it has taken them 4...

    Toyotas latest desperate attempt. Ammonia!!!

"Ammonia production depends on plentiful supplies of energy. Sustainable production is possible by using non-polluting methane pyrolysis or generating hydrogen by water electrolysis with renewable energy sources." (Wickipedia) Why not just charge EV's directly with all that energy that is used...

Now we have 3 or 4 ton EV's hitting motorway barriers. From the 'Scottish Car Clan'. Wow those must be some enormous EV's, wonder which ones he is talking about? The heaviest one I can find is the Mercedes-Benz EQV which weighs 2,960 Kg. The Facts...

    Update re. Looped electricity situation

Sorry typing error and apologies to Susanna. You can clearly see marked on the National grid box 80 amp 415 volts, so it's a three phase box. They will be using one of the phases to supply power to the property with one of the other phases going to the other house, giving both properties single...

    Update re. Looped electricity situation

No if you look closely at the image he posted you will see that it's from a three phase connection (415 volt). He will be connected to a different phase to his neighbour giving him in effect his own power supply.

    Zap-Map in Europe

I was only suggesting the app for Europe as EVsince2016 was talking about ZapMap in Europe. All the European charging stations listed in Chargenow (apart from Tesla). It also has a proper routing function showing the available chargers for your particular car. I won't use the Chargenow app to...

    Zap-Map in Europe

Chargenow seems to have a good routing and trip planning feature. Uses Google Maps for the navigation. The best is you can choose the charge operators you prefer. CHARGE NOW - Apps on Google Play
