I think you can get a seat belt puller on Amazon, and I've used seatbelt clips for years to stop the belt being too tight (but still safe).

I've found this too on all my cars, so prefer to use limiter. Found my Smurf regenning even when going uphill. Why have a heating system off and wear another jacket?

It could be a bit of heavier than normal braking which causes the hazard lights to flash as a warning to following drivers. May need sensitivity adjusted.
