No that picture was taken this morning several months after tinting. Here's another pic just taken you see there is a lighter band inset to the glass edge. It became uniform after a few days it wasn't initially. Because its on the glass I think any Tint would be the same.

Yes the black coating at the edge of the glass they bond to fades into dots. Because the dots are raised you gat a visible band. It improves as the water used in application drys after a few days but it remains noticeable.

Global Tint did mine this morning was about 3 week wait from booking. Luna tint on a blue Exclusive. Pleased with the result.
