Glad I read this thread. Saved me a lot of head scratching. Oddly received our order today from Carmats.co.uk and the retainer clips on ours have been mounted on horizontally, so just had to unclip them and 90 degree rotate them.

Well certainly using a fast speed 3.1 Gen 2 cable has resolved connectivity issues for ourselves, now MG have to sort out the infotainment bugs.

Certainly from many comments USB 3.1 Gen 2 10GBps solve any issue if anyone is having problems. The cable we were using before was a braided 1.8m long USB-A to USB-C of an unknown speed/gen type. After using these new cables for a few days I will report back in this thread and hopefully like...

Just happened to notice yesterday the ridiculous amount of gap between the front and rear doors at the base on the MG4. Is this normal?

It should simply be a standard to have reg plate frame holders to avoid such nonsense.

We are picking ours up on Wednesday, unfortunately only comes with a granny cable, as probably do most new stock now.

A Type 2 cable if your car is shipped with the granny cable. Reverse camera if an SE model. Speaker upgrade, rain X water repellent for rear screen, dashcam to interior light harness adapter if installing a dashcam.

I wasn't even aware that a charging cable was not supplied. So a 3 phase one for the 64KW models will have to be on order.
