Heating/cooling are available direct on the screen and so are other things like navigation, music, etc - if there is anything which needs you to go into a screen, its generally two clicks - one to get to the screen and one to click what you need.

Very rarely need to press anything to be fair but if that's what you look for, go for it :)

We did the same, waited 13 months for a ZS Trophy Connect, got a new Tesla model 3 RWD for 38k direct from Tesla, so roughly 3k more. There is no comparison, the Tesla is miles ahead of the ZS in every way.

New, check on the existing inventory section on their website. £38k for model 3 RWD Vs £35k for MG ZS EV. No brainer. Going fast though, was three available in Cardiff but by the time I got there all had gone but will pick up from Bristol instead. Others available all around the UK though...

It looks like we'll no longer be joining the MG gang, our order placed in March is still nowhere to be seen so managed to get a Tesla 3 RWD today with a 10% discount (38k). I really did like the MG but at that price its a lot more car for a small increase. Really impressed with the test drive...

Fair play to the dealer but they shouldn't be put in that position. So even old orders are not price protected, just furthers my idea that MG do not want to get these orders out to us.

I looked at that and we're getting home batteries fitted which would charge at the cheaper rate and then the house will use them throughout the day. We may look at solar down the road but not worth it at present.

Interesting. This month I took over an existing dealer order they placed in March. I only did that as they told me it would be delivered sooner than placing a new order.

Do existing dealer orders which have yet to arrive include the panaromic sunroof? They said they placed the existing order back in March? They've now allocated one of those to me, a LR Trophy in Black.

If the problem is a chip shortage I would have thought they would be sharing as much tech as possible throughout the range so the lead times would similar. I'm obviously wrong

Was in the dealers today, new MG bulletin sent this week to all dealers with 40 week for new orders on the ZS LR but only 16 for the 4 which was odd.

We're in no rush. I bought the Santa Fe to pull our caravan and then sold it a year later! Wife currently drive an astra diesel which has been great but six years old now and could do with a rest. She'll be having the ZS (hopefully!) And I'll get the Astra.
