    MG5 LR to ID3 77kwh

Many thanks for your input, you are not making it easy for me! The thing is, going Tesla is 5k more on similar plate/mileage car, and since we are taking 25k car, it is quite of a hike... These are not a deal breakers to me, but i think I will keep an eye on Tesla website, since the new...

    MG5 LR to ID3 77kwh

"why not go tesla?" You can get ID3 cheaper, but also i quite like the inconspicuous look of ID3, and it's a little bit smaller than tesla, and since we don't need a big car it seems like a good choice... Is Tesla considerably better choice in your opinion?

    MG5 LR to ID3 77kwh

hi everyone, After 2.5 happy years with MG5, I'm looking at changing to ID3 77kwh (just for this extra bit of range). I was considering MG4 extended range as well, but VW seems to be a little bit more efficient, and also I can get 21 or 71 plate for 25k, as with MG4 we are looking at minimum...

Dead 12v battery - any help and advice please?

Had a similar issue recently, left the car at airport parking for 2 days and the battery was dead on our arrival, had to call AA etc. The issue solved itself since, i suspect that 12v battery got discharged as infotainment wasn't switching off fully. Prior to the issue we had "radio module...

    New Tyres

Thanks everyone for your replies. I've done some digging, and it seems the overall difference is around 10mm, and to be honest, I think I might go for it. The speedo error will be around 3% (showing 61.95mph when doing 60mph) In the end, even with brand new vs old tyre the thread depth might...

    New Tyres

hi everyone, I'm looking at getting new tyres, as the original ones are on their way out. I would like to get slightly lower profile than the original ones - 55 instead of 60. Does anyone know if this could cause any issues, since the the wheels have the sensors for the pressure etc? Thanks!

    MG5 Long Range - real range ?

Check your front bumper, if your MG has this circled device (whatever that is) then it's definitely LR.

    MG5 quirks!

MG5 LR here, the rear brakes were making bit of a noise when reversing, and also had a HV battery shutdown twice. That's all during our first 5000 miles.
