phone calls

Hi had my MG4 trophy a week. Lots of snagging issues! Has anyone else had issues with calls not going through all the time? Seems to be certain numbers. Thanks

I bought my mg4 standard 51 last February, no firmware update done yet, suddenly when I receive phone call over Bluetooth the sound become muted so I have to switch to phone speaker, not the best solution while driving. Hopefully there is a quick fix without the need to do a software update.

Hi all. My new MG4 ER Trophy. I can recieve calls on my iPhone or android and can hear crystal clear the caller BUT the callers only hear scrambled broken white noise crackle with very faint hint of my voice. Any ideas . In car microphone?

My experience with this when trying to make a phone cal using my voice is: "Hello MG - Call Wendy" "Calling Phil B" "Hello MG - Call House" "Calling Starling Customer services" Tried many times, with many tones of voice, fast, slow etc and the result is always the same. My info system is on...

5 Trophy - can you make bluetooth hands free phone calls via the "phone" button on the steering wheel? The owners manual is next to useless in explaining this and many other things lol.

Having been able to receive and make calls remotely by steering wheel controls on my previous ICE, am I correct in thinking you cannot make remote calls on MG5, only receive this way?
