On mobile atm so sorry if this has been posted.

Was struggling to get CarPlay to behave and when swapping cables between my CarPlay dongle and my wired iPhone cable I managed to drop a usb cable end right in the 12V socket.

Heard a click which I assume was the fuse popping.

Am I right in thinking it’s one of the ones behind the dashboard that’s a right pain to get at?

Sorry nobody answered you.

But did you manage to figure it out?
As my 12V socket stopped working since I tried to use the 12V pump..
And I am supposing is the fuse.. just not sure which one

Any guess?

It's behind the lower dashboard panel on the drivers side (at least on the UK spec prefacelift)

Edit: And yes you do pretty much have to remove the entire lower dash panel as there's no access panel for the fuseboard, I think I found a guide somewhere last time, it wasn't overly difficult as long as you had a couple tools available (I think it was either a flat bladed screwdriver or pry tool, perhaps both)
