If youre a British Gas customer, you can have half price electricity on Christmas day but you need to opt in before the 17th.

Good shout John!
Been using it for some months now, and the scheme has recently been extended, not only to cover Christmas Day, but to run each Sunday 11-4pm until the end of February. Great for when cooking your Sunday roast is not an option between Mid-night and 5am :)

Moderator - please remove the apostrophe from the 'It's' in the title. I'm getting palpitations every time I read it
Sorted it myself, apologies for the apostrophe, not my strongest skill punctuation etc. Spool chockers always help though.......

You better not read the next bit if an apostrophe gave you palpitations

YE HALVE A SPELLING CHEQUER

Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

A checker is a bless sing,
It freeze yew lodes of thyme.
It helps me right awl stiles two reed,
And aides me when aye rime.

Each frays come posed up on my screen,
Eye trussed two bee a joule;
The checker pours o'er every wyrd,
To cheque sum spelling rule.

Be fore a veiling chequers
Hour spelling mite decline,
And if were lacks or have a laps,
We wood bee maid to wine.

Butt now bee cause my spelling
Is checked with such grate flare,
Their are know faults with in my cite,
Off nun eye am a wear.

Now spelling does knot phase me,
It does knot bring a tier.
My pay purrs awl due glad den
With wrapped words fare as hear.

To rite with care is quite a feet
Of witch won should be proud.
And wee mussed dew the best wee can,
Sew floors are knot aloud.

Eye strike a quay and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It shows me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee four two long
And eye can putt the error rite
Its rarely ever wrong.

Sow ewe can sea why aye dew prays
Such soft ware four pea seas.
And why eye brake in two averse
By righting want too pleas.

Eye half run this poem threw it
Eye am shore your pleased two no
Its let her perfect in it's weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

The times wouldn't suit me, if it's a Sunday Roast in needs to be started well before 11:00 as does the Christmas Turkey. Still, somethings better than nothing for you unfortunates o_O .
