These 2-tone MG wheels look fairly cool. But they could be an expensive nightmare to sort out after a bit of kerb damage?......
Just had these alloygators fitted. £150. I think they look classic with the grey aeros.I loved the diamond cut wheels on the X-Power, but kerbing them was always a bit of a worry. I don't have that worry now, and I think the MG4 aero covers are a good looking diamond cut imitation, and cheaper to replace.

I'd never purchase Continental tyres again after the sidewalls cracked on my previous car far too quickly.Bridgestones.
Not a fan of these tyresat all tbh.
Had them on our Golf GTE hated them, gutted that the S5 had them fitted as factory fit.
Conti’s or Goodyear’s a much better option.
That’s a very important point. When I traded in my Trophy, the valuation was reduced because of some light kerbing. I now assume it was the aero covers and not the alloys themselves which were kerbed. Next time I sell I’ll look to buy new covers - they may be cheaper than the dealers px reduction. Is that the actual wheel, rather than an aero cover?
We had the same condition on my wife’s car at about 6 years old and it had conti’s from the factory.I'd never purchase Continental tyres again after the sidewalls cracked on my previous car far too quickly.
I got an advisory at the 2nd MOT with less than 4700 miles on the clock.
I always ran them approximately 5% above the recommended pressures. And where the car was parked on my driveway. It was sheltered from direct sunlight.
