AC and heatng controls not working

I received my MG5 a few days ago and everything worked fine.

Today when I try to use any of the air-conditioning control knobs or buttons they don't respond.

I also can't turn on the rear windows de-mister.

Anyone have any suggestions before I speak with the dealer?

Double check your fuses, are they all inserted correctly

i would suggest you turn everything off and back on again. Then engage ready mode. Give it plenty of time. If they’re not working then I think it’s a call to the dealer. It could be your fuse.

OK so this is weird. Checked the fuses couldn't find anything wrong.

After playing round with some settings. I changed "Auto Heated Rear Windows" from off to on and the whole panel started working again.

A bug I'm thinking...

At least it’s working now..

It may have very few driving aids but it does have full climate control.
