ACC and kers

Bear with me on all my questions I am getting my knowledge up to speed on the MG5 after spending month reading about my failed to arrive ZS.

Am I right that MG5 facelift ACC uses kers when breaking ?

I would hazard a fairly educated guess that ALL EVs do, including hybrids.
