Air conditioner stops working randomly

Anyone having this issue of the air conditioner stops working randomly? It just started with me since last month, my ZS EV has 18,000 KM now.
Didnt have a chance to go to the dealer to fix it, since they usually take the car for a really long time.

I found the AC didn't do much cooling if you drive in ECO mode, it just seemed to blow air at ambient temperature.
