Amazon Music

I am using a Bluetooth dongle to connect my phone to the car. I can play all playlists but not the radio stations offered. Anyone else have this issue. The radio will not play either, stations can be selected but nothing from the speakers, which work.

When I select a Prime radio station (or any other via Amazon) I get the message - this service not available

I only get this when I forget and start playing Amazon music whilst sat on the drive. I get a few hundred metres from home and silence followed by the above message.

it seems to occur when switching from home Wi-Fi to mobile network. Ok again at next restart. I do have an Amazon music subscription and not just prime. Otherwise it is ok apart from not having access to “My Music” which is a bit disappointing.
